Hello to all the families and kiddos; my name is P. Nicole, and I am the director of Power of Helping Hands. To give a little background information about me, I am an alumnus of Texas Women's University with my bachelor's in psychology and currently work as a Case Manager for Mental Health. TWU is also where I began my career/ training in how the mind works from adolescents to their adulthood. I have worked in the childcare field for over 10 years, where I am CPR and First Aid certified as well as licensed Child Care Director and Registered Behavioral Therapist for the Autistic. I received majority of my training from the YMCA and the rest from working with a variety of children.
